About Me
Hi I’m Lizzie, with over 10 years of experience in yoga. I started practising after walking past a local London Yoga studio on my way to work.
One day I decided to walk in and book a session and since then have never looked back. My yoga journey has been quite transformational, not only have I toned up and become physically stronger, but mentally I found the practise has really helped me.
The practise of yoga is very much cemented in my daily life so much so that I decided to take my practise further and studied my YTT 200hr in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, as well as the detailed practise of meditation.
Now a qualified yoga instructor, I want to share the power of the practise so you too can bring into your life something that can help you on every level. Yoga is such an incredible tool you can use to help you foster your relationships, thrive in your family life, succeed at work, and most importantly create the most positive relationship with yourself as well as building physical strength and flexibility.
