CLASSES

Vinyasa Flow

  • 1-2-1 in Studio / at home / beach.

  • Dynamic flow which allows you to build strength and gain flexibility while breaking a sweat.

  • Can be tailored to strengthen, stretch and workout a particular part of the body.

Meditation sessions

  • Meditating can help relax a wandering or busy mind.

  • Helps to sleep better and deeper.

  • An individual to focus on their goals.

  • Can help with stress and high blood pressure.

Hatha Vinyasa

  • 1-2-1 in Studio / at home / beach.

  • A slower yoga flow where you hold poses for longer.

  • Focusses on building strength throughout the body or in one particular area.

  • Tailored to strengthen, stretch & workout a particular part of the body.

Sunrise Yoga 

  • From June until October, I will be offering morning (7am) yoga sessions on the beach in Margate. 

  • Practising early morning yoga is the best way to kick start your day and will leave you feeling energised.

  • Each early riser will get a healthy shot to enjoy after their sun salutations.

Yin Yoga

  • 1-2-1 in Studio / at home / beach.

  • Slow, deep, stretchy yoga.

  • Hold poses for 3-5 minutes.

  • Focus is to stretch the facia.

  • Great if you have sore and weary   muscles or if you are feeling tired.

  • Helps to energise the body.

Beach Yoga & Sauna

  • From June to October I am offering Beach yoga + sauna package with Sea Scrub Sauna (get in touch to check availability before booking).

  • This is the perfect gift for a special  birthday gift, anniversary or Hen / Stag do.
